Hog Roast Seagrave – Big Christmas Winnings for MRTC’s Casino Royale

Last week the Hog Roast Seagrave team had the pleasure of joining our corporate clients at MRTC Ltd for their very special Christmas casino night. Catering a selection of our antipasti platters and hog roast signatures, it was a night with plenty of big winners all round!

Around this time of year the Hog Roast Seagrave team will typically be focused primarily on Christmas parties for our corporate clients. Christmas is always a busy time with every staff team looking for quality catering for their festive end of year parties. When we have clients that come to us that we have worked with throughout the year, it is always a nice extra reward to then join them for the big one at the end of all the hard work.

Especially so when you have a night as extravagant as this. For one night only, our catering managers Darren and Claire got to play a bit of Bond for this very special casino themed Christmas party. The Seagrave Memorial Hall was done up so excellently to look like something out of the casinos of Montenegro, really adding to the extravagance of the night and the fun for all 60 of the MRTC guests.

Fortunately, when it came to our dining there was no gambling on quality; Darren and Claire were always going to come out with a winning hand for the MRTC team. Beginning with a fine selection of our antipasto platter boards, our catering helped set the tone immediately for the guests upon reception. The Hog Roast Seagrave team were able to welcome in guests with a selection of fine Italian meats and cheeses, such as prosciutto, salami, buffalo mozzarella, parmigiano, gorgonzola, and artisan breads of herb focaccia, ciabatta, and breadsticks. A perfect and easy accompaniment to go along with the casino games, allowing guests to dine in one hand and win in the other.

But the real royal flush was of course our signature hog roast. Served with buttered new potatoes, sage and onion stuffing, grilled veg and halloumi skewers, tomato and mozzarella salad, seasonal leaves, slaw, crackling and apple sauce, it came out trumps for every single guest!
