Some thirty years ago, when our Hog Roast team was just beginning to get to its feet in the UK, we could not quite have believed the successes we would find all these years later. Multiple franchises all over the UK, dining services that cover weddings, business events, private parties, many thousands upon thousands of satisfied customers, and the number one voted hog roast catering service in the country – three decades of unbelievable success for Hog Roast Nottingham.
But our story is just one of the many successes in the corporate world. Ours pales in comparison currently to our incredible business clients a few weeks ago, ProMinent Fluid Controls UK Ltd. These fine folks are celebrating their 50th year as a business, and so to mark the occasion they hosted a celebration at their base in Nottingham. Knowing that Hog Roast Nottingham are among the best for UK corporate catering, they came to us to help mark the occasion with our stylish hog roast dining.
This was one we had a real great time with. The 50 guests in attendance were incredibly to cater for; everyone came to us ready to dine and happy to chat and laugh. The Hog Roast Nottingham catering team could barely wipe away the smiles from their faces before having yet another laugh with the next guest in the queue. That didn’t slow us down from serving up an incredible buffet menu, however. For delighting our team, each guest was well rewarded with our signature hog roast, hand pulled for a perfect roll filling, along with our crispy crackling, homemade sage and onion stuffing, refreshing apple sauce, an addition of marinated roasted chicken thighs, grilled veg and halloumi skewers, baby roasted new potatoes, mozzarella and tomato salad, a zesty mixed leaf salad, and our creamy coleslaw. A veritable feast for an immense 50 years of serving the local community here in the UK.
