No strangers to getting a little bit of our Bond-like sleuth on, the Hog Roast Nottingham team were delighted to share in a bit of secrecy and devise a dining experience that would be just as surprising to the Gripple staff as it would be delicious. We arrived on site early in the day, ready to cook a compliment of fresh dishes for a lunchtime service. As ever, our signature hog roast was on the menu along with grilled veg and halloumi skewers, roasted new potatoes, fries, gluten free rolls, and plenty crackling and stuffing to compliment the pork roast.
