On Thursday, 12th of June Hog Roast Dulwich had a cooperate catering event in which we had the pleasure of catering for ‘Frontier Agriculture’. Frontier Agriculture are a fantastic company that are working hard to shape UK agriculture with more sustainable farming and higher quality crops.
We served a small menu this time – which was still mighty tasty, nonetheless. Guests could dive into our classic whole hog roast, carved and plated up as tender pulled pork. This was served in soft white or gluten free bread rolls with a choice of a colourful mixed salad or a tangy coleslaw. All of which presented on wooden bamboo crockery and cutlery, practical, pleasing to the eye and sustainable.
The whole event was put together to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Frontier Agriculture and their work with animal feed. Here at Hog Roast Dulwich, we know better then most that hard work in hungry work and it really was delighted to put a smile on the guests faces and watch then all enjoy a few hours relaxing away from their dedicated work lives.
After lunch, the day seemed to get even better with almost all guests engaging in a huge game of adult rounders. We of course believe that you are never too old to play games and have a great time, and the guests at Frontier Agriculture really showed us that they can play just as hard as they work.
It is truly what we think every company needs, some fun activities and good food to take a break from cooperate goals every once in a while, and have some well-earned fun. Servers and guests chatted all afternoon, the laughter was constant and the plates were empty – a total success for Hog Roast Dulwich.
After a lovely day of great times, great meals and high spirits, our team had to pack up and say goodbye. But we had such a good time with Frontier Agriculture and we hope this isn’t the last time we see you all. Thank you for having us!
