You can enjoy our signature hog roast, complete with golden crackling, sage and onion stuffing, and fresh apple sauce, or you can go for the Christmas king: a golden turkey cooked rotisserie style for even more juicy flavour and style, with cranberry sauce and plenty of homemade sage and onion stuffing.
