Royle Forest was exactly the kind of perfect backdrop that we are talking about for our unique dining style. It’s magical, novel, at one with nature – it’s exactly the right spot for our hog roast to really look its best and deliver an experience for guests quite unlike any other.
After a lovely intimate ceremony out in the charming stone chapel, the party returned to the tipi tents for an evening of dining and celebration. It was here where the Hog Roast Burton upon Trent team served up our magnificent hog roast dinner. Made in the authentic spit style there that day, our roast was served up with sage and onion stuffing, crispy crackling, fresh apple sauce, grilled veg and halloumi skewers, salads, slaws, bread rolls, wraps, and a mix of traditional potato and sweet potato fries.
