We have a really exciting corporate event to tell you all about from this past weekend. Over the years we at Hog Roast Nottingham have bene fortunate enough to build up a solid client list of local businesses in Nottingham and even some larger brands that are recognised well beyond our fair county. One such client is Casa – a part of the Moda Living brand.
As you may well know, with housing developments cropping up all around Nottingham, Casa has been a revolutionary way to rent for families with a very high standard of living, all tended to by the Casa team through incredible services, care, etc. One such part of that valued Casa service is events like this one – an annual summer event for residents of Casa homes. As part of renting with Casa, residents had access to a brilliant free summer dining experience, courtesy of Casa and the Hog Roast Nottingham team.
We were brought in by Casa to provide catering across 5 sites in total. Over the course of the day the Hog Roast Nottingham team tempted in residents with the smell and look of our glorious gourmet barbecue range. Chef Darren worked his magic on the grill, serving up and hot fresh gourmet burgers and Thai chicken kebabs by the couple dozen along with exceptional pulled pork taken straight from our signature hog roast. Residents of Casa were each given tokens that could be exchanged for access to this incredible lunch spread, which also included veggie burgers, veggie sausages, grilled veg and halloumi skewers, sweet potato fries, regular fresh chips, seasonal leafy greens, and creamy red cabbage coleslaw. In total we probably had about 100 guests from the homes come and grab their free Hog Roast Nottingham barbecue lunch – a brilliant benefit to living with a Casa home.
Our thanks to the Casa team for choosing Hog Roast Nottingham for this very special initiative. We love anything that draws community together, and this was certainly one brilliant way to do so with your homes. We’ll come back anytime to cater again!
