What’s better than one celebration? Two! And what’s better than two celebrations? Well how about we try three!
This was the case inside one family home in Nottingham this past weekend, as Dean, his brother, and his mum all had a birthday worth celebrating. To mark this triple celebration, they invited out friends, family, and the catering of Hog Roast Nottingham to really make it a party!
As soon as we heard just how big these festivities were going to be, we knew right away we had to be involved. It would be one thing if it were just three birthdays all in the one celebration, but each of these birthdays also just happened to be important milestone years. We had an 18th, a 21st, and a 50th for mum too – all massive birthday dates that each alone deserve a massive party. To have them all at once, well, we knew it was going to be big!
So of course Hog Roast Nottingham needed a menu that could match up it. It rarely gets much bigger in dining than our signature hog roast. Brimming with style, spectacle, and great tastes, the novelty of our authentically made hog roast was clearly the exact thing this big family party needed. Dean also requested grilled veg and halloumi skewers for each of the 40 guests coming, along with another veggie option of our BBQ pulled jackfruit. Our hog roast, well shredded on the day, also came with its usual accompaniments of sage and onion stuffing, crispy crackling, and fresh apple sauce to add to the juiciness of each roll or wrap. We also had a mixed medley of regular and sweet potato fries along with refreshing side salad and slaws options just to add to the summery feel of the day. With all that, there was more than enough for seconds and even thirds for our birthday hosts and their 40 friends and close family members.
