In preparation for summer 2022, Hog Roast Farnsfield was contacted by a local couple to provide catering for a family party, including a delicious BBQ dinner. The family meat regularly and take it in turns to provide entertainment and catering for the gatherings, giving everyone the chance to enjoy a delicious meal. The couple contacted our catering manager James to discuss a menu that would be ideal for 30 guests, including a meat-free and gluten-free option. After discussing our needs, it was decided that our Gourmet BBQ menu was an ideal choice!
The menu consists of a wide variety of main dishes, including succulent sausages, British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, BBQ spareribs, and halloumi and vegetable kebabs. The mains are served with fresh bread rolls, or a gluten-free alternative. Alongside this, we also serve a variety of side salads, crunchy coleslaw, and homemade chips. This menu can be followed by some tasty desserts, which are served with fresh fruit and English cream. Alternatively, we can provide a drinks service with soft or alcoholic drinks.
