This New Year’s Day, Hog Roast Hucknall is catering for a dinner party hosted by Lisa for her extended family. The family gathers every New Year’s Day for a delicious meal and another chance to catch up during the festive period. This year, Lisa hired Hog Roast Hucknall to cater for the occasion to give her the chance to make the most of the party without worrying about prepping and cooking the meal. We have been hired to serve our classic hog roast menu, which is sure to go down a treat at the party, especially when it comes to giving a well-needed energy boost after a late night the day before!
For the menu, the Hog Roast Hucknall team will begin by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook to perfection. Once ready, the succulent pork will be expertly carved by our chef and accompanied by sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be serving a selection of side dishes, including roasted baby potatoes, roasted seasonal vegetables, and hearty homemade gravy. We will be serving the menu buffet style to allow the guests to enjoy as much as they want, including plenty for seconds.
