Earlier this year, Hog Roast Ollerton was contacted by Liam, who is organising his best friend’s Stag party for this September. The party is taking place over a weekend and is set to include lots of celebrating, partying, and beer! For the day after the night out, Hog Roast Ollerton has been hired to provide a delicious buffet menu for the men to enjoy. Our catering manager Darren will be providing our classic hog roast menu, which is the perfect comfort food to cure any hangover! This event is sure to be a lot of fun and our menu is sure to be a great way to end the weekend.
On the day of the meal, the Hog Roast Ollerton team will arrive at the private venue in the morning and begin to prepare for the 2:00pm serving time. We will start our prep by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook to perfection for around five hours. Once ready, the pork will be expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be serving homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a green leaf salad. Overall, our menu is the perfect comfort meal and is bound to go down a treat with the guests.
