Magic and love was felt aplenty right here in Tamworth the other weekend as Lauren and Will celebrated their marriage with 100 guests and the Hog Roast Tamworth team. Coming together to finally say “I do” is one of life’s greatest pleasures; it is only right, then, that the celebrations that follow thereafter match up to the height of such a moment. Lauren and Will made the same choice as so many countless others in choosing Hog Roast Tamworth. Over the last few months our head chefs, Darren and Claire, have been chatting with the lovely couple about their wedding dining options. We were so glad to see that everyone was on the same page in that such a celebration should really be about going all out. So, not only did they pick one of our famed signature hog roasts, but they also paired it with another of our delicious roast chickens for the ultimate pairing for their main dish! Preceding such a fine main event was our equally as spectacular grazing table starter, which helped to kick off festivities in style as guests took pictures next to our gorgeous spread while chatting and congratulating the delighted newlyweds.
In the meantime, Darren and Claire put the finishing touches to our two roasts to have them served up with our own gourmet coleslaw, mixed leaves, herb dressed new potatoes, golden crackling, sage and onion stuffing, and various sauce choices including our own fresh apple sauce for pairing perfectly with the pork. As a vegetarian option, our grilled veg and halloumi skewers were dressed to impress!
