Hog Roast Tamworth – Pre-Wedding Jitters Knocked Away By Great Dining!

When it comes to wedding dining we at Hog Roast Tamworth are able to take on all sorts of requests. Wedding catering does not have to be solely reduced to the dining after your ceremony; it can be for the evening before, the rehearsal dinner, the morning of for the bride and groom’s parties, or even the morning after to help nurse those post-reception sore heads.

A pre-wedding banquet is just one such added service that Hog Roast Tamworth can provide, just as we did this past weekend for Barbara at her wedding in Tamworth. It can be a bit of a tense time, the night before a wedding. A lot of nerves may take over for the bride, groom, and perhaps even their friends and family. A pre-wedding banquet the night before is a great way to dust away any of those jitters and remind everyone that this is going to be a wonderful weekend of celebration and love. All you need is some good dining in good company with Hog Roast Tamworth and you’ll be set back straight to remembering why you are all here in the first place – for love and celebration.

To make sure those jitters were thoroughly put to bed, our Hog Roast Tamworth catering managers Darren and Claire provided a really excellent feast at Constantine House in Thorpe Garden. They made up a colourful arrangement with our antipasti grazing table – a great way to welcome in the 40 guests who would immediately see that this is going to be a truly special celebration. The deep reds of our finely sliced Italian meats mix with the yellows and whites of our lovely Italian cheeses, the greens of our fresh salad leaves, all added to with our fresh artisanal breads, balsamic vinegar dipping oils and extra olive virgin oils. With added baby new potatoes and grilled veg and halloumi skewers, it was a great way to kick of the wedding weekend!

Our guest of honour also specifically requested cheesecake as a dessert, which we paired with a further option of our homemade profiteroles. With everyone so well fed, there was certainly no more room for the wedding jitters that night!
