We could impress everyone with a Southern Slow Roast consisting of three marinated meats and four hot or cold sides from a selection or with our Loaded Fries that come smothered in brisket of beef or pulled pork, jalapenos, cheese and slaw. Perhaps our Alfresco standalone will do the trick instead, with Italian-style meats, breads and cheeses, followed by a hog roast and then a choice of desserts, or our Barbecue, which features four meats as well as salads, rolls and either fresh chips or sweet potato fries.
