Recently, our catering manager James was contacted about providing catering for a family party in Nottingham. The family meet regularly for dinner but were looking for something different this time to celebrate a milestone birthday that took place during the summer. For the menu, the family were in need of buffet catering for 45 guests, including something that was ideal for vegetarian guests. After looking at what we have to offer, we decided that our Gourmet BBQ menu was the perfect choice.
On the day of the BBQ, we began by preparing the main dishes. This included succulent sausages, juicy British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and BBQ spareribs. Alongside the main dishes, we also served a variety of salad dishes and homemade chips, as well as fresh bread rolls and wraps. This created a versatile and nutritious menu with a dish for every guest to enjoy, which was a great addition to the event.
Following the main course, Hog Roast Beeston was also asked to provide a selection of delicious desserts, including profiteroles and cheesecake. The desserts were served with fresh berries and English cream, to ensure they looked and tasted delicious!
We had a lot of fun providing catering for this event and it was great to be part of such a special family reunion.
