Darren and Claire, our catering managers, spent the morning meticulously preparing the trio of meats – Cajun-spiced whole roasted chickens, fall-off-the-bone Louisiana sticky pork ribs, and pulled quarter of minted lamb. Each dish was marinated to perfection and slow-roasted to ensure maximum flavour and tenderness.
But Hog Roast Barnaby Dun didn’t stop there. We made sure to cater to all dietary preferences, offering grilled vegetable and halloumi kebabs for the vegetarians and vegans in attendance. Sides of Memphis-style crunchy coleslaw, Greek salad, and mixed sweet potato and regular fries completed the feast, leaving guests spoiled for choice.
When it came time to eat, the guests couldn’t believe their luck. The food was as delicious as it was abundant, and Melissa and Gary were over the moon with the service provided by Hog Roast Barnaby Dun.
