Our catering manager James was recently contacted by the company to arrange a formal catering package for their upcoming ball, which required a menu for 80 guests to enjoy. Hog Roast Winkburn have a variety of dishes that are ideal for this purpose, so we worked with the client to create a menu that was just right for the occasion.
As the guests arrived at the venue, they were served canapés by our experienced waiting staff, with dishes ranging from mini pizzas to roasted duck breast. Canapés are an excellent way to introduce a formal catering package, since they set an elegant tone for the evening and allow the guests to enjoy a variety of tastes and textures.
