Melissa’s birthday is approaching at the end of July and the Hog Roast West Bridgford is currently finalising the details for the menu that we will be providing at her birthday party. To celebrate her 40th birthday, she is planning a beautiful party at a converted barn with a rustic, boho theme. The event is set to include a DJ to provide entertainment for the evening, as well as a menu from Hog Roast West Bridgford for the 90 guests to enjoy. From our variety of catering options, it was decided that a classic hog roast would be ideal since it includes a good selection of dishes that always go down successfully!
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast West Bridgford team is planning to arrive at the venue in the afternoon to prepare for the 7:00pm mealtime. Our menu will require at least 6 hours to prepare since the hog needs to roast to perfection on-site. Once ready, it will be expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. To ensure that there is plenty for everyone to enjoy, we will also be serving succulent pork sausages and veggie sausages, as well as homemade chips and a selection of seasonal salad dishes. Overall, we are expecting this menu to go down a success since it includes so many tasty dishes and is sure to attract guests since it always smells so delicious!
